Patrick G. Emery, the CEO of Hall | Emery, a full service commercial real estate company formed in 2017 as a joint venture with Hall Capital to develop, market and manage class A office space in Middle Tennessee. Emery is an experienced commercial real estate developer having started his career in 1975 with Cushman & Wakefield. Since the start of his first Nashville project in 1984 he has developed more than 3,000,000 square feet of class A office and distribution space while employed by Lincoln Property Company and Crescent Resources. Emery ignited the development of the Cool Springs area having the vision in 1996 to see its potential as the Fortune 500 hub it is today.
Hall | Emery now manages more than 1 million square feet of class A office space in Cool Springs & Nashville while spearheading the future of the region with projects such as Franklin Park and 18th & Chet with smart growth principles. All new Hall | Emery developments are LEED certified. The company also successfully transformed its Cool Springs properties into one of the largest LEED Existing Building certified campuses in the south.
His latest project is the development of the 6.2 acre old convention center site, transforming this into a mixed use development.
Emery is Immediate Past Chair of the Transportation Management Association and is a graduate of both Leadership Nashville and Leadership Franklin. He is also a Director and Risk Committee Chair of the newly formed Studio Bank.
Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Partnership 2020 and a founding member of the Williamson County Chamber. Emery served in the U.S. Army. After receiving an honorable discharge he continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma.
